I was tempted to offer 75 cents. That would be fair if you consider the $50 for postage.

If he get's enough offers like this, he might see that he is offering less than he thinks.

Of course, if others see enough declined offers, they may think this seller has something worth more than a few dollars.

Guys, you all passed the test and saved yourselves 15,000! It is a standard Janke--look at the attachment of the sweatband to the liner.
The certificate is just what Bob and NTZ say it is--a poorly aged photocopy of a whited-out original--look at the handwriting--it was done with a ball-point pen (which didn't exist back in 1945).

HOWEVER, Cobra is a real maker!!! Gerard of Relic Hunter has a beautiful Admin Polizei hat on his site right now which was made by Cobra--check it out, and study the differences.
