Schirmmy--great thread idea--trouble is, I don't know with what consistency each mfr used a specific type (color, or pattern) of pasteboard. I never saw the black cheesecloth before, either. Also, KM hats tended to use celluloid. I'll have to start looking at the pasteboard of my hats a little bit closer.
