Infantry Off visor by Pekuro ?

Hi gus I wont to share you this off. cap,I don't know if the name "Haas" is the distributor or the maker under licence of Pekuro.Shape and constuction seems to be made by Prkuro ,it has also the reverse twist chincord(Nick?).
What do you think?
Any opinion is appreciate.
