Hallo Chris
These last two are really hard. For the first, I hazard a hypothesis: Peter Kupper was an important supplier for the procurement of the railway Kleiderkasse and I see in the small circular lower monogram a P and a K intertwined and printed on a classic wasserdicht lining of an economic type. The thing that I can not explain is the 1 that emerges from the circumference, visible at the bottom right. For the second (Postschutz), I need a closer image because the logo is very deteriorated and it probably refers to a minor manufacturer/retailer. Brent Smith, who owns it, could help us.
Best regards
