This is a TR-era Verein visor for the GdC, distributed by Eduard Sachs (probably a Schellenberg):

SACHS family originally came from Silesia and moved to Berlin in the 19th century. Eduard (1810-1868) started an uniform manufacture company that supplied the imperial Army. He was a Koniglicher Hoflieferant and his military effekten fabrik had its main office in Berlin, Taubenstr. 7:
