A confirmation about Friedrich Holecek, Kurschnermeister (master furrier), IX Fuchstallergasse 2, from the 1940 Lehmann’s Wien Adressbuch:
http://www.digital.wienbibliothek.at...ageview/254802
Unfortunately, no trace of him in the pages of the uniforms/kappen makers/retailers:

ARWA 7 = Hermann Dommaschk
ARWA 18 = ?

ARWA 26 = Adalbert Breiter
ARWA ? = Kurt Grischkat
It seems that the ARWA logo had some connection with the ADEFA one and perhaps the two co-existed for some time.
ADEFA was the mark of the members of the arbeitsgemeinschaft deutsch/arischer fabrikanten der bekleidungsindustrie E.V Berlin. On ADEFA and its task of aryanizing the german fashion there is a vast literature (unfortunately almost all in German), of which here I carry in some examples:
http://www.giselamueller.info/thread...gged/adefa.htm
https://books.google.it/books?id=F8b...ustrie&f=false (page 406)
https://books.google.it/books?id=H-j...ustrie&f=false (page 284)
https://books.google.it/books?id=eMa...ustrie&f=false (page 51)
https://books.google.it/books?id=tHD...ustrie&f=false (page 175)
https://books.google.it/books?id=IBc...ustrie&f=false (page 428)
http://www.h-net.org/reviews/showrev.php?id=19311
http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...t=adefa&page=2 (post 21 for a real label).
In short, ADEFA was created in May 1933 by the Reichsverband der deutschen bekleidungsindustrie, probably took control over the ARWA mark on summer 1938 and apparently did not use a system of membership’s numbers on its logo. It counted in early 1938 about 550 members. Identified users I've seen so far: Sport-Metzger, Breiter and Isken. Unfortunately, as we know, it was a very tragic case for the consequences which it led.

Hallo Chris Many thanks Hope to fill the gaps but it will be a long and hard day ...
Second Schweyer I see. The first was a good logo (not in the form of a tailor label as in this case) on a very doubtful LW General ten years ago:
http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...light=schweyer
Anton Schweyer (owner Hedwige S.) was a confirmed retailer of lederwaren und militaraustattungen (leather and military equipments), Theresienstr. 7, as from the 1938 Muenchen AdressBuch:
http://wiki-de.genealogy.net/w/index....djvu&page=628
In this case, a nice polizei officer, with some moth holes to the upper piping, a dirty lining, some repair to the sweatband (I hope not a reattached peak) but, as usual, without the eagle (eBay rules )
