Schellenberg--not rare by any means, but this is the first I have seen of the "Ideal" class in this font:

A lot rarer during the TR than postwar--Alkero used several different logo styles during the war:

I can't recall who's this is, and what hat it was on, so my apologies, but I think its the classiest label around ("Mohr & Speyer"--also a top-flight tailor):

LW Sommermutze

This is for the gentleman who translated Wertarbeit as "worth work" in the thread on fantasy labels in caps.

This cap is an early pre-waffle pattern white top LW officer's visor (circa 1936-37). "Deutsche Wertarbeit" means "German Craftsmanship" but I don't know whose monogram this is above it.

This is the early pattern Sommermutze with the unknown monogram above "Deutsche Wertarbeit." The white top fabric is cotton twill and not the later waffle pattern that was adopted in 1937.

There are 2 metal initials attached to the left side of the sweat band: "E" and "H" -- it's too early a cap for Erich Hartmann but it belonged to someone else with those fairly common initials. I've had it for a long time and got it to go with LW tropical officer tunics as these white top visors show up often in wartime photos from N. Africa.

Nice hat, Ralph--I've seen that logo before, and it is 100% period--unfortunately, we will probably never know who made it.
