I’m not sure about the connection:

FELLER was founded in 1906 and had its seat in Freising on the Isar river, currently near the Munchen airport, until the end in 2016. I have never seen any military object of the TR period, produced by them.

FELLER-ECKERT Gmbh had its seat in Lauingen on the Donau river, about 150 kilometers away. This company was established in 1879 by Joseph FELLER and ended its activities in 2003 as FELLER J. Gmbh & Co. TUCHFABRIK LUDWIGSAU, in der Ludwigsau 10, LAUINGEN.

FELLER-ECKERT was a legitimate maker of military clothing during the TR period:

an Erel distributor also (see post 68):

and continued to produce clothing for the West German police, fire brigades, etc. after the war also, until the end.
