A rare CW retailer, but unfortunately the visor is almost destroyed. Anyway, a confirmation from the 1933 Neumünster Adressbuch:

They still had the name of Barg & Koepcke (BARKO) and their address was in Grossflecken 35, that evidently was at a corner with Holstenstrasse:

The Dorn company was founded in 1895. The chaos of WW2 eventually led the Dorns' to move to Holzminden in Lower Saxony where Herbert and Lucia Dorn re-entered the business in 1948. Since 1979 the property has passed to the Wellmann's family.
