Help with two Police overseas caps

Cleaning out estate, many helmets, all bad or shells with bad decals, found these two caps, both police one with green piping and vent hole the other is not piped, both are maker marked, piped one Peter Kupper 1942 the other just 1943 and 54, everthing else has faded away. Opinions, does not black light.

Great caps, all fine and original in my opinion, if they are for sale I would definately buy them.
