Here is my main concearn, the very thin, what feels like pressed leather/cardboard for the sweatshield.

Hello forum buddies, I just bought this cap off the estand and had a concearn about it. Every OS cap I have owned had a somewhat thick brown leather sweatshield, this one has a very thin (and brittle) gray/green one with no makers mark, and no air vents. Overall the cap looks very real and unissued (except for sunfading and moth bites), there is no wear on the inside and just age cracking on the sweatshield. So I am wondering if I am being a little gunshy or does this have a problem? If you need better pics I can post them (my camera sucks though). Thanks everyone.

Hat appears to be made from that "very cheap" felt like material. Good chance of being original but your pictures really make it a bit difficult (for these poor old eyes at least).
