Hi Guys, yet another cap from my collection. This one was purchased from a friend of mine who picked it up in the town where it was made. He was stationed there as part of the British Army of the Rhine in the 1980's. I had always liked this cap and mentioned that I would always be interested in it if he wanted to sell it. About 3 years ago my friend was at Beltring show and I mentioned my continued interest in the cap. He said "this cap" and holding up a polythene bag. Oh no I thought, I had been at Beltring 3 days already and I was down to having pennies left (I kid you not! ) But Keith was a true friend and we shook hands on a deal and I payed him a month later
Cheers, Ade.

Interior of the cap showing the makers details. This maker is one that is not covered in Gary Wilkins excellent book on headgear. I write to Gary and I have submitted this info to him which he hopes to follow up if he produces a second Volume.
