found another deutsche Wertarbeit mark

I have found the same mark deutsche Wertarbeit on a Kriegsmarine administration officer visor which is currently posted on grenadier military antiques website. The mark is identical to the mark posted by ferdinandmax. What is with this mark? Is it a legite mark for these kriegsmarine hats?
