In the pre-war period I have a Fischer August mutzenmacher in Dortmund and a Fischer Emil (proprietor August) spezialhaus fur hute, mutzen und schirme, founded in 1896:

I think our man was Hans Eichmüller of Sulzbach-Rosenberg in OberPfalz.
They were in the retail sale of clothing and clothing accessories, but with a commercial register announcement of February 24, 2014 the company was extincted ex-officio, according to the German Commercial Code § 31. A prayer for Hans
