    REAL cap manufacturers...

This may be a mistake but I'll take a chance.....and this is just a few!

Know-it-alls have come and gone along with their 'groupies' but nothing beats a hands on study of something and decades of notes! I have handled hundreds of visor caps but never thought that the day would come where we would have to identify makers in an attempt to rid the hobby of reproductions or 'experts' pandering them!!! By the way these aren't from books, lists etc., but from 'owned' caps and each w/ multiples and God knows what was not noted!!!

    Enjoy!

Otto; Dave I hope I added to the good list. You have probably seen all of these, But I kind of like the smaller obscure type makers.

You can’t forget Argo, the smoothest doeskin made.

                            Jnsterburg, Breslau, Glachau/Sa. atd.

daqujim for these makers, places. Now in Poland, important to think of these also in lists.

The makers cited were 99.9% HEER caps as that was what I chased some years ago....

Let's keep adding to this showing all of the services!!
                              Regards,
