Am I correct in my findings

Recently we have been seeing a bunch of decent faked maker marks, and to the untrained eye they are very deceiving, like they are designed to do. One I would like to verify with you guys has been showing up on overseas caps lately. We often see this maker mark and say wether or not it's real or fake but I wanted to put a real and a fake together, of this maker to help us identify the differences for easier observation. Please verify my images are correct so I'm not giving the wrong information.

Just so you know the one I have marked as a fake is on a black panzer overseas from a dealers site and the one marked real is from a members panzergrenadiere overseas cap from this forum.

I do not know if the one you have labeled a fake is one or not, but unless the fakers have corrected there mistake, it is not the same stamp on many of the high quality reproductions I am seeing. Note the layout on this one:
