          Chris, T S stands for technische Schule Jüterbog. Here it was the Fliegertechnische Schule der Luftflotte 1.

              I would say yes. In Jüterbog was beside the tech. Fliegerschule as well a Airfield, one of the first one in Germany after 1933, then a Unit from the Luftzeugamt, a San Corps, and most important the Versuchsabteilung der Luftwaffe, all Units full with Beamte. So to me, this is a Beamter. Date Stamp would fit perfect, the tech. Fliegerschule was moved 1940 from there to CZ.
