From the images you have posted, I see nothing wrong with this early kepi. In my collection, I have a SS kepi, which like your SA kepi, is Austrian in origin. It also lacks side air vents. Prior to standardization by the RZM, political uniforms varied greatly in manufacture and color. I have two kepis that are much higher in height, similar to the height of a French military kepi. Much variation can be found in these early pieces.

Thanks Bob, what i say I am not expert on these , anyway.. that sounds good, I have just consider to buy this cap. What you think what is reasonable value for it?
