Snorky, thanks for posting that one. That is the first Derwig Janke I have seen.

There are a lot of fake Derwigs out there, but all made by another maker (and are poor in quality).

For Stonemint -

Many years ago (as in 30-40), Manion's ("The Fox Hole" then, I believe) sold a quantity of leftover wartime "Luftwaffe visors" found in storage. All were stuck together in "clumps" and warped. I knew I had some of them around here somewhere and today found them in an old box in my storage area. Haven't seen them in all these years. Thought you might like to see what the underside looked like. (There are 3 of them in this stack.)
