Carlo, you are right to be very careful with this mark. It is the most highly faked mark out there. Although I believe Wolftens example to be a good one. It has the same sweatband as the few originals I have seen. As you can see from the pics this material is a bit substandard and a moth magnet.

Isn't this just a generic maker's mark,so impossible to know the real maker?
I've seen many like this,but they al look like private purchased caps for NCO 's,or am I wrong?

I think "EXTRA KLASSE" is a Taylor mark, a Private Purchase for Nco officier...
the form and manufacture "EXTRA KLASSE" is different with the other taylors, the PEKURO style is on the sweatband, but just on the front of this sweatband, the holes sweatband is standard, and the wool is big not fine wool.
my Medical cap is very rude condition, the sweatband was removed or restored in period I think a Fight item....
