Unknown sidecap - female, DR, ..?

I have this for a while, and always thought it could be a sidecap for some kind of "Helferin", due to its small size, strange colour, eagle and cut. Some weeks ago I have seen a simular one offered as "DR" (Deutsche Reichsbahn) personell-sidecap.

Could anybody help?

nice cap gran. although it is not a very common cap. they usually go for between $350 and $500.
