Panzer Beret Winter Fur Hat

It was one of my luckiest days when I acquired this hat from a veteran in his living room back in the eighties along with a M42 SD Army Helmet and a SD Luft FJ helmet.

He made me a package deal on the three pieces.

I was so happy to get the two helmets, that it was not until I got home when I discovered that this was not the usual Winter Fur Hat. It turned out to be the best of the three treasures!
