for me, I collect only the cap, and I have 10 Erel aprox, but good and medium condition... I think the private Erel is the rarest...

Hi Solo, your erel arty is superb.

What Nick and I are saying is about Wolfy's comment about the the erel privat being the rarest type of erel. The 140 klasse varient of erel is the rarest type in reply to wolfy's rarest comment.

What Nick is saying is that he has only seen one, this is mine. I have supplied pictures of it to Panzerfuhrer for his updated Headgear Book, the much waited addendum update.

Remember, the erel varients are 140, Standard, Extra and Privat.

At the time of G. Wilkins Book being written, no one had ever seen a 140 klasse varient. The actual cap was up on Ulrics site for ages, being an artillery, no one noticed it's real rare status. I love arty caps so I bagged it.
