Hi gentlemen,I want to show this off. summer cap that a collector has offered to me.I have no big problems with it ,only there is a resewn in the back of th sweatband .
What do you think ,is good ar is a set up?

Carlo,

As you have correctly pointed out, the sweatband is totally re-sewn, and not just re-attached in a couple of places where the thread came undone.

In addition, the lining is not sewn to the cap in any format that I've seen before - it is frankly sloppy.

With regards to the eagle, does the pin simply insert behind a piece of metal, or is there a little catch that spins around it to close it. If it simply gets hooked around another peice of metal, it could be OK.

The top is incorrectly positioned in your photos. Check if the white top fits properly, it looks too small to me.

When properly positioned, the bottom rim of the white cover turns inside out, and blouses over, concealing the rim. This requires a very precise fit between top and bottom parts. Same goes for KM caps, blue or white.
