kreigs insignia

Hi Guys ,im a helmet guy but collect some headgear, i bought this cap about 10 years ago in a junk shop in Glasgow,i know the caps a British naval cap I knew that when i bought it as i had British naval caps at the time.Do you think the insignia is correct, i know is could have been put on at any time,would Kreigs naval personnel be allowed to wear a british cap.

I hope the insignia is good i pid £40 for it all that time ago

Difficult to tell about the eagle but ...... cocarde is not genuine....
