Not so good..Among the first things is the eagle is wrong for 1938 as is the cockade..Billbert

Hello Billbert, do you think the eagle is an M40 and a period replacement or could the eagle be an M35 on the grey backround and a bad photo ?

I don't know when insignia were applied (Bad Pics) but the cap it's self is 100% original (IMO)

I can't see anything wrong with the actual cap itself. The materials, shape and construction appear to conform to period standards. Of course I saw some killer copies in the 80s and 90s. So without a hands on check I can only give a tentative to the hat itself. WR Jim

In my opinion, the pink soutache looks like the wrong color pink for TR panzer. You normally see it as a much paler pink.???? Just my opinion, as I am still learning caps.
