About the eagle, let's talk the specialist..

Agreed, cap is fine but I'm not sure about the eagle. Is it on black wool backing Harry?

The eagle is on dark blue material, not black. Cockade appears to be separate, but they were sewn on at the same time with the same stitch line if you know what I mean.
