KM Visor Cap

Came across this KM visor cap and wanted to get some opinions on it. I personally find these caps very hard to authenticate. I'm hoping that someone can help me out here.

I am not thrilled by the chinstrap, and better pics underneath the visor and detailed pics of the interior (sweatband, lining stitching, and evidence as to what cap band/stiffiner was used, whether cardboard or 'pvc') is certainly needed. What about the insignia? Do they look replaced, and is there a shadow and/or discoloration between the blue wool of the insignia and cap itself?
With that said, if at a militaria show, I like it enough to give it a second look. If it is deemed a repro by our resident gurus, please shoot me a "pm".
