    The manufacturer of this piece is "Heer-tise" (that is how is sounds, I am not 100% on the spelling), which expalins the "H". It is a period manufacturer but not as known as say eReL or Schellenburg. Here is the same label a Luft Medical of mine.

      As Donald stated, makers labels are the exceptions to the rule but they are seen from time to time. Here is a marked one I used to own (wish I still did).

        I've just done some repair work on a very similar visor to the first one posted here for a forum member so I would say without hesitation that it is 100% authentic.

          hi,thanks for all of the help!the chin cord is period ,but was replaced by the wrong size..the one that is on it and ios too big!only the one chin strap button was moved back.you can see were the button should be.to me its a miner fix.i could reset both bottons and the cord would look fine?but realy do not want to mess with it!well i would like to here some opinions...thanks for all the help...

                Interesting that this cap is by a private maker and has a staple in the back of the sweatband. That was considered one sign of a supposed fake SS cap on the infamous SS cap thread of a month ago (that caused much turmoil).
