Kriegsmarine NCO visor Hubner & Bollwitt, Hamburg 11, Vorspetzen 52

Hello guys, I have acquired what appears to be a Kriegsmarine NCO visor with a small sweatdiamond, covered by a brittle celluloid. Does anyone know of a Hamburg maker Hubner & Bollwitt? The interior sweatband has a stamp "Reserve Lazarett II, Schleswig" upon a google search this was a POW hospital. Although Scheswig is relatively close too Hamburg I can find no reason why a Kriegsmarine visor shoukd be so stamped. Stamping is old and not easy to read without a loupe Does anyone know this maker? Did this maker survive post war? Thanks regards and best, cheers Ryan
