    Kriegsmarine visor cap mfg question. Does anyone know this mfg. hard to read

    Can anyone advise this caps label mfg . Hard to read. Any help most appreciated. Brent

      I have not handled one of these caps before and knew you had to be careful with trumped up post war Naval caps .. Would you mind sharing in some of the details that stand out with this one.. Thank you

        Agree with Stonemint about it being postwar, made by Aug. Geiger. Sweatband attachment and the cord around the scalloping are the immediate telltale signs.

            you have to be careful with this maker as well because they produced before and after the war but the font on their war time logo changed, but this is a post war cap as pointed out.
