Odd SS side cap configuration

Hi guys.

Just thought I would share this pic of an Finnish SS-volunteer with a side cap with heer eagle and metal skull.
Imo. interesting example of how things were mixed during the period as well. I would also be interested in seeing other period photos with similar curiosities. Anyone here ever seen such configuration at hand?

It appears to be a standard Heer side cap with a SS skull placed over (or replacing) the cockade.
