Caps look like they are all cloth, and have the 1934 pattern political eagle without cockade. What exactly are these caps? The men are a mixture of SA and NSDAP. Looks like they are wearing some kind of service shirt. Anyone have an idea what these guys are doing together?

A friend of mine do have exactly the same cap with a cloth covered visor a bit darker than the rest of the cap !
