KM Cello Oakleaves on brown wool cloth

I found some of them years ago with some others from different colours and shapes
on a german show , but for which Schirmmütze are they supposed to be ?
For the KM caps with sand brown colour detachable cotton covers ?

    Nick, I would say tropical.
I saw one once on a tan velvet backing once--never understood that one.

So it means also for the KM tropical cap made in cotton then ?
I also had metal oakleaves on a sand cotton+metal base, seen on pics also and didn't really see many pictures of this cotton cap in action , to look at which badges were worn on them ?

It would make sense that an insignia maker of KM badges would use suitable off-cuts from the production of hats, caps, tunics and greatcoats etc. Same as the underside of tropical and other shoulder straps

Based on the computer image, the KM wreath and cockade that started this thread looks to had been embroidered into an off-cut from a tropical great coat. However, RAD, Org Todt are also possibilities

A KM tropical wreath and cockade embroidered into a piece of "tan velvet backing" could have used a off-cut from an NSDAP cap/ uniform,
