Two mint visor hats, different branch, same manufacturerr

Hi everyone,

One of these caps, with the white infantry piping, has been sold in Germany recently (never used by the original WH officer, who became an artillery officer) :

Very unusual dark blue interior, unusual leather sweatband sewing, unknown maker ?

I am not worry about their authenticity, but I was wondering if anyone has any more information about this manufacturer or that kind of manufacturing ?..
