Found one photo with bullion insignia, but I don't think it's the same visor. Acorn pointing in the wrong direction.

He's not a general, so I also doubt it is the same cap.


I wonder if the subject cap has the internal band-spring and external front band-seam (under the wreath) common to most Kaps visors? Better pictures would help. I agree with Ben that it doesn't have the Kaps feel to it. Still, if it is a fake, somebody went way overboard to fool the masses.
