On my screen it's 100% blue for medical corps.
Original cap IMO but wow, horrible late war quality.

Guys, i cannot agree with you. I am buying this cap from photos. I use only iMac and i can see a purple color. Here is classic medic for comparison. For me its different. I am confused right now.

Guys, i cannot agree with you......

I would respectfully suggest you agree with the opinions given as the hat you are showing in the original post is 100% late war medical piped. You are picking up the color variance due to how the boiled wool takes the corn-flower blue dye. If it was piped with artificial silk it would look even less like medical. The fabric sometimes affects what the colors truly look like. We have seen enough of these to give you a firm (and correct) assessment that it is medical
