Good evening everyone. I am not great with these caps and would like others insight on it. It has a single vent hole on either side. This cap has been in my collection for a few years and was in a long time collection before that. It does not appear to ever have had insignia on it and appears unissued. The maker stamp is F.Weissbach Glauchau E.41 and size 58. I have tried to do some research into the maker mark and have seen they were known for their tropical caps. I have yet to find any repros with this marking but that does not really prove much. The only wear to the cap is the fading. Let me know what you guys think.

I thought that maker looked familiar. A reproduction cap for me as wellGive a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.Comment
