Visor Cap Cords

These are cords I've picked up over the years and I have no idea what hats they go with. Can you help?

Though it may look a little golden in the photos, it is really just a toned silver as best I can tell.

This one is silver with black strands.

Third one I believe is standard Heer, LW or SS.

I have no clue on this blue and silver one. Hard for me to tell, but the interior of the knots are on a white form that may be plastic, though I can't see enough of them to tell. Post -war, maybe something Bavarian due to the shade of blue?
