WH belt buckle

I came across this buckle some time ago.
Can someone tell me more about it, what is supposed year of production, and manufacturer?

HK is Herman Koller. The roller bar is painted so I doubt the buckle ever had a leather tab. The buckle was probably produced in 1942 or later
