I may be wrong, but I don' t like either. It gives me a bad feeling, looks like it was made yesterday...
Even when a mint unissued piece, the materials should have some patina or oxidation.

IMO a good one ...very very mint but ok !
I don't find any red flag and it has a nice flashy green early colour !

              Hi Nick

Thanks for your answer, I`m a little confused so many have an opinion,
I have been talking to FJM44 and no problem i could just return it, but if its a real one i will keep it.

              Best regards

Reproductions usually have the leather adjustment strap. I don’t remember seeing a copy using the leather. The only belt I have ever seen that is this dark green is a tropical Luftwaffe officers in a friends collection. It has the same leather and the black Mark is the same. I am leaning toward it being good.

Imo, everything looks good except that it's so new.
Weave, hook, stitching, leather reforcement, .... all is right imo

It looks like mox of first pattern tropical belt ( main part with leather reinforcments ) with second pattern tropical belt ( thrimed buckle holes ). IMO looks like legit transitional ( never used ) example.

I,m wondering if this belt is the latest improvement from Pakistan ?,

Does it smell new or have an old musty smell ?, where has it been if origional since WW2 ?

It does smell old, we could ask FJM 44 where he has found it

Good idea, ask him about the history of this belt, i can always be wrong in my opinion, good to know it passes the smell test
