A nice original double marked Overhoff and Cie and Assmann buckle. If I remember correctly Overhoff owned the design and Assmann produced this buckle. Double check your prongs, some of these have marking on them.

Very nice buckle. These double marked ones are a bit of a mistery. From its design and box construction, this buckle is definitely Overhoff-made, but Assmann-made ones also exist. The design was owned by neither company, but by the Reichsjugendführung.
