Is this an original Kriegsmarine buckle? Thanking you all in advance and hoping to hear from some of you very soon.

Original buckle even with the cut of the prongs. This is normal from this manufacture. Later war
Blue/black paint. Dealers like to call these Kriegsmarine but it could have been Heer or Kriegsmarine .

Typical, late war, universal buckle for Heer and Krigesmarine ( but rather Heer than Kriegsmarine ).
