Bad Aibling was a town with an airfield, but it was more famous for post-war POW discharge. Spent a few months there back in 1975 for Special Forces training.

Don't know if Bad Aibling is on the tab but perhaps you can remove the blue paint.

Aibling was the clue, it’s marked “Fl Gr Aibling”, there is another buckle posted with the same markings:
