Army buckle with white web tab - who wore it?

Does anyone know anything about a nickel-plated steel Army EM belt buckle having a white web tab? The buckle is maker-marked. Who might have been issued such a buckle?

If it is real it is very rare. Gustav Breamer GB was the only company that made Heer and Luftwaffe silver painted buckles with a white web tab. Search the forum and you will find a couple of examples. The tab on this one seems a different white than I have seen.

Much better photos. The first ones look like B&W. looks like most of the paint has been buffed off the front. If there is no sign of green paint under the silver you may have a real one. I don't know what the purpose of these buckles.
