        So I did a check and berg&nolte buckles are marked M4/30 this one is marked M4/50, I guess it could be a 30. Its not the best of picks and I will not see it in hand until the post delivers it. Maybe its a 30.

          After comparing to a 30 marked one I agree looks like a 30. I hate bad photos.

            I agree with my colleague this being a B&N buckle.

            As a caution - be careful on Gun Broker.com bc 9 out of 10 buckles are repro...

              Before I buy anywhere I post here to get a thumbs up or down. I sold my DRL unmarked just because it has controversy. I believe it was original as did many here but I don't like controversy on medals and badges buckles ect. I sold off my HJ knife that had a solid diamond because some thought them to be post war. I do not I believe it was legit. But I would rather just not have the issue. Thanks for the heads up. Even respected dealers I will post here before buying. So much knowledge here and dealers can get a bit too fast to say original and post for sale.

                It was a 30 marked HJ buckle

                The buckle arrived today. It was the maker you guys thought. I tried to take better photos.
