SS stamp

Here is stamp on a WSS officer belt.
I’d like to hear your opinion ... i looks like « H » was over stamped.

As far as I saw myself, or recorded myself, leather tongues of 1325/43's were always brown. I do not have myself record of even just one been in black.
On the other end, H marked belts are always black. But I am still not convinced at all H marked belts were for the SS. I have heard some saying they were but ...

Thank you but i gave to tell that belt looks mire brown ... nevertheless tongue is black ...

Indeed I was referring to just the tongue, For myself, I believe the secondary stamp (1325/43) was postwar added.
