Excellant Tabbed Postschutz Buckle by B Haarmann

    Hi All,

I thought I would share this very nice Postschutz Tabbed buckle by B Haarmann. Its DRP marked with The city code for Dusseldorf.

    Enjoy!

One of my favorite buckles. I have an almost identical one. Stamps are in the same spot.IMG_6028.jpgIMG_6030.jpg

In my many years of collecting the POSTSCHUTZ buckle, I have found the DRP DSSD mark is the most common. I have been researching to see why that is but have not come across anything substantive in the why.

Here is one of my PS buckle/belt from Dusseldorf and this comes with a bonus of a name that was between the tab's leather.

Nice set Dan. I have never had a buckle or a belt with a cloth name tag. Lots of names written on belts and sa few on tabs.
