    SS belt buckle any good?

    Hello forum

    I was wondering if this is an original SS belt buckle?

        An original green painted, late-war steel Assmann buckle.

          The catch looks like a Type I 155/43 per JP’s classification. He doesn’t list type I as having a green finish.

              But JP lists 155/40 T2's been green painted. By the shade of green that buckle has, it would be very unlikely a 155/43 either T1 or T2 but insted a 155/40 T2
