Real or fake? wh steel buckle

Hey, anyone has opinions about this buckle? As I understood this marking is not common for wh buckles. I would apriciate any help

Hello,
very rare maker, seen only in '43 LW buckle before. Never on Heer ones. Very interesting.
There is also the production year under roller bar?

PS. EC mark is Ebberg & Co. or Ernst Conze, both in Lüdenscheid, still unknown. More probably the first.

Yea the main reason why am not sure about this buckle its because the maker is more common for LW buckles other then that buckle looks ok, isint it?
From the picture its not clear but looks like there is some kind of marks under the role bar, but since i havent seen this buckle live i cant tell, but the seller says that there is no marks there

sadly the buckle has been heavy cleaned.
EC mark is good at my eyes, I think to see a looks-like year mark under roller bar also.

It's only a shame it has been cleaned/overpainted
